Sammy Maine (she/her) is a writer, editor, band & tour manager, live event manager, and band coordinator.

Her music & culture writing has appeared in VICE, The Guardian, NME, The Creative Independent, The Line of Best Fit, Guitar.com, The i Paper, Splice, Music Tech, MetroUK, Crack Magazine, Creative Bloq, and more.

Sammy was a founding member of the arts & design publication Creative Bloq, and served as editor of the quarterly music journal GoldFlakePaint until its hiatus in 2021.

Her personal writing has been published in Sad Happens: A Celebration of Tears, and you can also follow along on Substack.

Sammy offers album bios, artist bios, and press kit coordination as ad hoc services. With roots in the southeastern US and England, she currently resides in Upstate New York.
